EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not make refunds, but if...
- The item you have received is not what you have bought, then we will send you the right item.
- Your order is defective, please send us a pic of the item and we will replace it.
- Your order has arrived broken, please send us a pic of the item and we will send it again.
We only do refunds if you cancel the order before we ship it.

SHIPPING
It take from 3-5 business days to dispatch. It will take around 1 or 3 weeks to arrive in the European Union, orders from outside the European Union between 2 weeks and 2 months.
If you have not received your order within 1 month from the dispatch date please let us know.
The STANDARD shipping option does not include insurance, we recommend you to purchase the TRACK & TRACE shipping if you want to protect your shipping.

CAMBIOS & DEVOLUCIONES
No aceptamos devoluciones, pero si...
- El producto que has recibido no es el que has comprado te enviaremos el producto que compraste.
- El producto que te ha llegado es defectuoso, mándanos una foto y te enviaremos de nuevo tu compra.
- El producto te ha llegado roto o deteriorado, mándanos una foto y te enviaremos de nuevo tu compra.
Solo hacemos reembolsos si canceláis el pedido antes de que hagamos/contratemos el envío.

ENVIO
Enviamos en un plazo de 3-5 días laborales. Los envíos tardan alrededor de 1 o 3 semanas en llegar en la Unión Europea y entre 2 semanas y 2 meses para fuera de la Unión Europea.
Si no has recibido tu pedido en 1 mes desde la fecha de envío por favor háznoslo saber.
La opción STANDARD de envío no incluye seguro, recomendamos hacer el pedido con TRACK & TRACE incluido si quieres proteger tu pedido.
