When does my bag actually get to me?

Since every bag is made to order, it takes anywhere from one to five days for me to create your chalk bag. This is what etsy calls 'processing time.' Free shipping takes 5-8 days. You'll receive tracking info form Etsy when your bag ships. See below for details on Expedited Sew & Ship.

Custom and personalized orders

I love making custom chalk bags because every climber has their own unique edge. Please send me a message with any custom idea you have, the possibilities are endless!

How can I get my chalk bag SOONER?

Expedited Sew & Ship may be available for your order. Message me as soon as possible to ensure quickest turn-around time. If available, the bag can be delivered in approximately 3 days. Cost to expedite a chalk bag is $25 and can be paid through venmo or paypal. Expedited Sew & Ship is not always available. Please message me ahead of time.

Are there other fleece lining options available?

Yes! We have numerous additional color and fun print options that may not be listed in every listing. If you have an idea of a different lining that you see in another listing, send us a message!

The chalk bag I want is sold out. Will it ever be available again?

In most cases, yes. Please message me if you see a bag from a review that is not currently listed and I will make it for you if the fabric is available.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We do everything we can to make our footprint as small as possible. That includes reusing paper materials for packing as well as 100% recycled and recyclable shipping bags. These bags can be recycled anywhere that collects plastic grocery bags.

Amber went above and beyond to help me get my order on time. She was responsive and thoughtful, and she clearly cares about her customers. The chalk bag turned out even better than I expected. It is a high quality item, and the image retained its resolution and color brightness. I am very happy with the product, the vendor, and the overall experience.
