Lost, delayed or undelivered orders

If your item is showing lost, held up or “delivered” (but you did not receive it) on the online tracking system, please contact your local post office. Once we have made the item and the post office shows online that they have received it, we will not refund any lost orders. Our responsibility is to make your item, package it and drop it off at the post office. Once the USPS has confirmed receipt, we are no longer responsible. Rarely does this happen, and we are very sorry when it does, but your best bet for finding a lost item is with your local post office or delivery person.

International Shipping

International orders might incur a customs fee in addition to the shipping we charge. The shipping cost you pay goes 95% to the USPS fee and 5% for our packaging materials. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your county. Also, once we have made the item and the post office shows online that they have received it, we will not refund any lost orders. Contact your local post office for lost or misplaced orders.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Custom items (including custom lengths and inseams) are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and not eligible for exchange. Shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund total if you received free shipping with your original order.

The fabric of this top is beautiful and it’s sewn together well. Unfortunately it has really small arm holes and rubs on my underarm area. I’m going to have to add fabric at the shoulder seems to lengthen the top.
