When will my order ship?

Please see listing details, my shop announcement, and your reciept for your expected turnaround time for your items. This is the time it takes me to prep your items and get them in the mail. This time does not include shipping once it has left my hands.

Can I return or exchange my order?

I do accept returns and exchanges. But, there are a few things to know. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery to initiate return/exchange, and ship items back within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and any original shipping costs paid by the shop are non-refundable.
