All standard shipping options do not include tracking in order to keep prices low, but all destinations are offered the option to pay for tracked shipping should they so choose. If you have opted for tracked shipping and after 30 business days there is no update to your tracking and the package is deemed missing, I can offer a refund or replacement. In the case of replacement, with tracked shipping to be paid at the buyer's expense. If you have not opted for tracked shipping I am unable to offer a refund for lost parcels.

Custom, made to order, and personalised orders

Custom and personalized orders, once agreed upon, are to be paid in full prior to work commencing. Once payment is received, stitching will begin and the purchase is non-refundable.

Custom Design Ownership

All custom designs commissioned by a client and developed in collaboration with a client are considered the property of me as the creator, and can be duplicated for sale to another client or as an embroidery pattern at my discretion. All embroidery images can be used to promote my shop and social media channels.

I'm unable to provide technical support for issues with your computer or printing. I am not a computer support technician, and I do not know enough about your tablet, computer and/or printer to give amateur speculation as to why you may be having issues with viewing or printing. Google would be the best option for researching specific issues you are having in this regard.
