Set of 3 delicately intricate and colorful palm-sized paper cuts featuring playful kittens. As there are bits of white (uncolored paper), these look prettiest in a floating frame or placed against a dark backing.

A traditional folk craft that dates back to ancient China, the motifs are based on observations about life, nature, customs and are used to decorate homes and to bring luck. Each design is "mass" produced by hand, using a metal mold and sharp penknife/chisel that cuts through a stack of rice paper before colors are painted on – so each piece might have minor creases or differ slightly.

Each paper cut comes in a plastic sleeve and should be handled with care.
