NEW charm sized chakra Centering Pendants. Shiny Polished Silver or ‘Gold’ Bronze available, too.
.
A Centering Pendant© is both an original work of art AND a functional tool, with a unique and intentional form. Two concave sides with a hole in the middle means that every time you reach for it, your thumb and forefinger slide to the center and touch, in *Gyan Mudra. Use your Centering Pendant during meditation or prayer and then as a mindfulness tool during the day, reminding you to pause, breathe, and reCenter yourSelf, anytime you need it.

My signature “m” is on the outer edge of each pendant.

The chakra system originated in India (1,500 - 500 BC). The word chakra (which means wheel) was originally found in the Vedas and also used in the Upanishads and later in the Yoga Sutras. These designs are based on chakra depictions I have seen in many different books and resources, with my own artistic twist. The few words I use above to describe each chakra are also based on many different resources. I encourage you to do your own research before choosing.

Hold your pendant in Gyan Mudra.
Mudras ('gestures' or 'seals') originated in India and are a symbolic or ritual gesture used in Hinduism and Buddhism and are often used in their religious practices. The Gyan Mudra, seen commonly when people meditate, is also called the Chin Mudra or Gyana Mudra (when the hand is at the heart, with the palm facing in toward the body). I encourage you to do your own research on hasta (hand) mudras.
Touching your Centering Pendant is a brief practice of mindfulness and self care. Use it consistently and frequently to Stay Centered throughout your day.
You can also take the pendant off during asana or meditation to use as a dristhi, a point of focus for your gaze.

Due to oxidation and wear your jewelry will darken over time. This happens to ALL jewelry. The good news is that touching your jewelry actually HELPS it not to tarnish.
Rub the small white polishing pad (included) on the jewelry to keep the raised areas bright. It is always best practice to keep your jewelry in sealed baggies when not being worn.
We do not recommend swimming or bathing with your jewelry on.
