Unfortunately it had the incorrect animal on the candle I ordered the elephant and I received the giraffe

Hi Michelle! Unfortunately you ordered that animal maybe by mistake :( this was not our fault. I sent you a message 3 days ago offering for us to fix it at no extra charge but pay for the shipping and you did not respond. We’d be happy to help any time we can, but you didn’t give us a chance to help. Sad about this review bc we strive to do our best always and make things right even when it’s not our fault.
