The dish is made from ceramic clay and glazed with a high gloss finish. I use genuine 22K Gold for the Star, which really makes the final piece shine. This ceramic dish must go through no less than 3 overnight kiln firings before it is completion, a true labor of love. All made in a tiny space in San Francisco. (jewelry not included, for display only)
