How easy is it to hang the canvas?

Installation is fast and easy! All of our canvases come with an Installation + Care Guide to help you install your new art. All the necessary hanging hardware is included with each canvas purchase.

Can I change my order after I place it?

You sure can. If you need to alter or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call us at 1 (800) 406-2310 and a representative will be happy to help.

How fast will my order be processed?

We work fast and hard as soon as your order is placed to get your artwork out the door and in your hands. ARTCANVAS typically ships the orders from our factory within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS and will arrive at your door within 2-7 business days depending on your shipping address.

How safe is your packaging?

Our canvases are expertly packaged into sturdy boxes with protective styrofoam corners to prevent your art from being damaged during the shipping and handling stage. If you have any issues with the shipment please call us toll free at 1 (800) 406-2310

Is my order and shipment insured?

Yes, we offer FREE insurance to all our customers on all canvas orders they place with us. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will provide you a refund or replacement free of charge. Your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority.

Do you have a restocking fee?

Currently we only have a restocking fee of 35% for one size: 60"x40" Single Panel canvas we offer due to a high shipping cost for this particular size. All other sizes we offer are not subject to a restocking fee.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses or PO Boxes?

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses if it is not a PO Box address. For these orders additional shipping charges will apply and all sales to these territories are final. Please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping quote. Currently we do not ship to PO Boxes.
