RETURN POLICY:
Relic Wood LLC. will accept your exchange or return, if the item is in original condition and simply not what you want. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all products plus shipping cost to return.

If the item has a nameplate or felt and is in the original condition, the item will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping to return.

In the event of an exchange or return, we recommend purchasing insured shipping method when shipping the product back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and must file with the carrier.

Refunds are made within 24-48 hours, once the product has reached us in original condition.

ALL Returns and Cancellations must be done within 7 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
