This black cartwheel hat base is a classic shape that has sprung into popularity in the past year. Made from 2 layers of stiffened sinamay, these cartwheels are ready to trim and are fitted with a petersham ribbon on the inside crown edge. Simply add a comb or headband to secure to the head.

Hat base measures:
Width: 35.5cm (14 inches)
Crown Width: 13.5cm (5.3 inches)
Crown Height: Approximately 3.5cm (1.7 inches)

In this listing we give you the option of attaching an elastic, this is to help secure the fascinator base to your head as it is not a fitted/finished headpiece.
