SVGs can be used with: Cricut Design Space, and Silhouette Designer Edition, Make the Cut (MTC), Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL), and Brother Scan and Cut “Canvas” software.
EPS can be used with: CorelDraw, Inkscape, and Adobe Illustrator.

This file is NOT to be resold or used to create a new file being resold. Please do not re-sale or distribute this file.

Allowed:
• Use of any Cherry Pup Design for personal and commercial use. This means you may use it for yourself or create something with the item for sale (includes local and online sales)
• You may sell up to 75 PHYSICAL items with the purchase of each design. In other words, you may sell things like shirts, invitations, wooden signs, ornaments etc.
• You may sell up to 75 items per designs that you make. Please be honest and abide by my shop ruleS. However, YOUR small business must be making the items IN HOUSE! I do not allow any print on demand services to be used with my files. In other words you may not use my designs to sell on Amazon, Tee Spring or ANY print on demand at all!! My business is supported by small business’ ONLY!
• Graphics or designs may be used, without alteration, in the creation of a finished physical product that’s sold. For example, if you purchase a cut file of a dog, you may make a t-shirt with the dog on it without making any changes to the dog.
• Further customization or personalization (adding a name) for the purpose of physical resale is permitted.


Not Allowed (whether for sale or for free):
• Item itself – in its original digital form as purchased from Cherry Pup Designs – may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, shared, or otherwise re-distributed in its original digital form (e.g. as you purchased it)
• Item may not be included in the sale of another item. For example, if you purchase a design of a flower, you may not include the file of the flower design as part of a bundle or with the purchase of a t-shirt
• Graphics and digital designs may not be used and sold as part of a new commercial use digital design even when layered with other designs or flattened. For example, if you purchase a graphic of a dog, you may NOT create a new design that includes this dog even as a small part of the larger design. The design may only be used on a physical item when used commercially.
