Can I apply these to the insides of the window? I can't reach the outsides.

You can certainly put them on the insides of the windows, they bring rainbows in the sunshine no matter which side of the window they are on. They do work better at warning off birds if they are on the outside. But they will help a little even on the inside. You also might find that your kids have fun moving them around on the insides of their bedroom windows

Static cling makes them stick. When applying them, we find that a very clean window works best. If it is very cold out I warm up the clings in hot water to soften them before applying.

There is paint over-spray "dust" on my windows, what do I do?

I have had to razor-blade paint flecks off windows before to make the clings stick perfectly. Don't worry, a razor will not scratch glass, just rinse any actual dirt off first.

Save birds from window collisions with these gorgeous circle Window Gems. They break up reflections on the glass and warn birds away in time to avoid window strikes. The decals stick to the window purely with static cling, not adhesives, so they are movable, reusable and never fade.

Window Gems are made with a translucent prismatic vinyl which captures sunlight and turns it into sparkly rainbows. They are stunning, constantly changing, and perhaps a teeny bit magical. Any bright light source makes the gems glow with rainbows, even moonlight.

Comes in a package of 10 circles in 2 different sizes. There are 5 x 3.5" circles and 5 x 2.5 " circles.

Instructions:
Apply Window Gems to OUTSIDE of windows.
After washing window well, apply gems smooth side toward the glass.
A little mist of water or swipe with a damp cloth on the glass first helps them stick better.
If applying in cold weather use warm water to rinse glass first.
Gems can be rinsed if they get dirty and reused as many times as you like.
They will not leave any residue on your windows.
