Can you design my idea or make me a logo?

At this time, graphic design is not a service that is offered. But if you have an image or design that you would like to have edited or altered to fit your idea, I will be more than happy to try and make that change for you when it is possible.

How do I send my design files or photos to you?

Files can be sent as an attachment via Etsy messages. Etsy only allows you to attach 3 files at a time so multiple messages can be sent to me. If you have a large number of files to send, you can send them to mikelivinks@gmail.com. Please only send files in .jpeg or .png file formats that are at least 300 dpi in resolution.

If my order needs personalization, will I be able to see a proof before it gets printed?

Absolutely! After you place your order, a proof will be sent to you 24-48 hours for your approval on Etsy messages. If you do not respond after 5 days, a reminder will be sent to you and you will have an additional 5 days to respond to the proof. If there is still no response from you, the proof that was sent to you will be used to fulfill your order and your item will be shipped. There will be no refunds if you have not replied to the proofs after the additional 5 days so please check your messages and respond as soon as possible.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. Please message me with your order and I will create a customized listing for you.

How do I place an order?

These were a gift for my wife and she loved them. They were larger than regular sized coaster so handling all types of drinks will be no problem. Fast delivery.
