How are these item shipped?

Allow 3 business days processing time after purchase for your item to ship. 'Free' shipping is via USPS GROUND Mail which is slow with inconsistent tracking updates. Please allow AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS days from the date of mailing for your item to arrive. Priority Mail is recommended & is available at a discounted rate at checkout if you need the item for a birthday or otherwise need the item by a certain date. International orders will ship via International 6-10 day priority mail. Cheaper shipping options are simply unreliable & too slow.

How are these prints produced?

These prints are produced on a HP Z6200 large format printer. This is an 8-color system that uses UV resistant, archival quality inks. Your print is produced on the media of your choosing.

What are the 'media options'

Select the media you want your print produced on. There is detailed information the media types available in each items description. Basically there is Glossy, Semi-Glossy (pearl/luster), & Flat/Matte.

Are there white margins?

No. We print to the edge of the finished print. The only prints with truly white space margins are few. See the detailed images for each print & size. Measurements & margins are shown.

When will my item ship?

Usually, no later than the 3rd BUSINESS day after your purchase, but often will ship even quicker. Seller observes US Central time... cut-off time is midnight CST/CDT

Items Damaged in Shipping.

If your item should be damaged in shipping, I will of course replace it, but you MUST: 1. Notify me of the damage & send me photos of the damaged item & the packaging. 2. DOMESTIC customers must retain the damaged item & packaging for inspection by the USPS until they collect it from you or inspect it. 3. INTERNATIONAL customers must retain the damaged item & packaging & may be required by their countries postal system to present both for inspection at a location they specify. This is a USPS requirement for insurance claims, no refund will issue or replacement ship until this claim is submitted Failure to submit photos & retain the damaged items & packaging for inspection will result in denial of your claim for replacement or refund.

Why do the smaller items cost so much?

Shipping costs & USPS compliant packaging are our biggest costs, period. We encourage multiple item orders with generous discounts. Buy more save more.
