Can you change the design and/or color of an ornament?

Unfortunately no, I only add the handwritten personalization you request. I cannot change the design or color of any ornament.

Can I add my pet to an ornament?

Absolutely! (2) Options of doing this: 1. Use the ‘Add a Pet’ listing, found here: These are tiny add on's with a 3M sticky back on it that will adhere to your ornament. 2. Select a family ornament with extra members to accommodate your pets. We can add a paw print next to your Pet's name to differentiate between human & pet :) Be sure to indicate in your personalization notes which names correspond to the paw prints. See an example here:

How do I properly pluralize my family name?

MOST common question we get and an important one too! In most cases you just add an “S”. An apostrophe is not necessary. Example: Name: Wurm, Plural: Wurms Name: Caster, Plural: Casters For names that end in "S" “X” "Z" “CH” and “SH” you must add an “ES” Example: Name: Jones, Plural: Joneses Name: Church, Plural: Churches If you want to make it simple, take away pluralizing the name by just doing, The Wurm Family Great article that will run it all down for you here: http://grammarist.com/style/last-names/

Do you combing shipping?

Of course! Shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight. After you add all items to your cart you will see an updated combined shipping rate. If you are ordering multiple items and your shipping cost seems high, once your order has been completed I can look into refunding some of the shipping charges.

I received my order broken or there was a misspelling, now what?

No worries, please contact me right away via Etsy and I will get you a replacement sent out next business day. If for some reason your item is out of stock I will do my best to get you the item as soon as possible, if not find a comparable replacement. If you prefer a refund, please provide photos of broken and/or misspelled item for verification.

How can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Select the "This order includes a gift" box on the last page of checkout. In addition to your personalization notes, let me know what you would like written on an enclosed card to the recipient.

Etsy shows my item as delivered, but I do not have it, now what?

The tracking system sometimes does not reflect real time and it could still be with your post office or mail carrier and just hasn't made it to your door yet. So please be patient for a few days. If it still has not shown up after a few days, please call your local post office (not the 800 number, but your actual local post office). Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace any orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about a timely and safe arrival of your item, I urge you to upgrade your shipping upon checkout. This will offer you a better guarantee than the free First Class U.S. shipping option we provide.
