Topsy Blends products are made fresh, individually or in small batches, when ordered, and shipped within 3-5 business days. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email. If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are back ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back ordered item(s) become available. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact me at topsyblends(at)gmail.com and I will replace the item upon return of the original product. Returned products must be shipped at your expense, but I will ship replacement product to you, free of charge.
