Custom and personalized orders

I gladly do custom and personalized orders. You just need to contact me directly, or press the button "custom" on each listing page. You can also find information directly on the listings for customization.

All sizing details are specified in each listing. If for some reason you cannot see it, please let me know and I'll gladly answer back and update the listing in question. 1 inch equals to 2.5 cm approximately, so you can also convert the size easily.

All pieces are handmade one by one! I also get upset if something happens to your handcrafted jewelry and accessories. So please do not get chemicals into your jewelry. Most chemicals stain, degrade or damage it. Avoid water contact (rainy weather is okay), shower or swim with your jewelry on. It's also advisable to remove it while house cleaning, doing the dishes (if it's a ring, or bracelets), washing your own hair and working out. When using delicate & Dainty jewelry, please beware of your own strenght when closing a stud earring for earrings. To inhibit tarnishing you can keep it into a closed zip lock plastic bag. Understand that 925 Sterling Silver and plated metals tarnish and darken over time, due to the nature of the metals.

Gift wrapping and packaging

There's always an option for gift wrapping and packaging for a small fee. The fee compreends the wrapping, the time to wrap and the shipping and handling that is required for the proccess.

Wholesale availability

Yes we do wholesale. There is a certain criteria that need to be met, minimum order quantities and values apply. Email us at info (at) ineslamy.com for more details.

How much time does it take for my order to arrive?

It usually arrives fast. However it totally depends on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. National orders arrive between 1-5 business days European orders arrive between 3-10 business days US and Non European countries 5-15 business days Also depends on the time of the year, like big vacations period, Christmas and New year season, that can slow down some deliveries, but the delays I give you are the average you can expect.

Do you accept cancellations?

Usually I always prepare your order in the first available moment of the day, because most items are made to order. If you order in the morning and decide to cancel in the evening most probably your items are already in the making or finished, ready to be shipped. For this reason I cannot accept cancellations on items made to order, or that are custom, or personalized. If you have any questions, please message me to enquire and take all your doubts before placing your order. I'll be glad to help.

Can I return my order for any reason and get a refund?

Yes you can. However you need to contact me in advance and have the item unworn and unused. It must be send in the original package and depending on the item, it needs to be protected to prevent damage. Approved refunds will be processed for the full amount paid for the products but will exclude the shipping charges . If your order was eligible for free shipping, the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount due. Buyers outside EU please note: If you want to return please be aware that the fees or taxes should be paid before shipping otherwise any fee/charge made by Customs will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you have any questions!
