How can I track my package?

First, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking information. For registered Etsy users, you can also log into Etsy to view for your tracking number. Orders shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) can be tracked at USPS.com. We highly recommend signing up for tracking alerts for the most update to date tracking information directly from the shipping provider. Can I change the shipping address on my orders?

Regretfully, we are NOT able to accommodate address changes or add/change the candle(s) in an existing order. We must cancel your order and you must place a new order. Please note, we cannot guarantee the availability of your candle(s) once an order is cancelled. Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order confirmation.

I need my order sooner, Can I upgrade my shipping?

We are not able to accommodate expedited processing or expedited shipping at this time. If you need a gift asap, we recommend purchasing an Etsy gift card or visiting scriptedfragrance.com to purchase gift cards that are emailed directly to the recipient upon purchase.

The candle I am looking for is sold out. When will you restock?

I can’t find my dog breed or city listed. Can you create a candle for me?

While we're limited on our abilities to create one-off custom candles, we do create custom candles for retailers, weddings and events. We offer candle gift box personalization at this time. Please refer to each listing for specific information.

The tracking on my packages shows delays and it’s headed in the wrong direction, can you help?

At Scripted Fragrance, we’re privy to the same information that is shown by USPS.com and UPS.com once a package is in their possession. It’s not uncommon for packages to have extended transit times and take ‘detours’ during the busy holidays season. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we’re at the mercy of our shippers just like you. Please understand, we do not send replacement candles for orders that are in ‘transit’ or shown as ‘delivered’.

I ordered the wrong candle(s), can I change my order?

After an order is placed, we are not able to add or change the contents of the order. We must cancel your order if you need to update the order.
