What a seamless transaction. Ash answered every question I had concerning special sizing, production timing up to and including delivery with professionalism, care and promptness. I own a loft and this was the perfect addition to my home. From order placement to his personal touch delivery, Ash displayed his desire for customers to be ecstatic about their new piece for their home. I was unable to make my original delivery appointment due to an unforeseen issue and Ash was more than able to accommodate a delivery on his day off to ensure the piece was delivered ASAP. The craftsmanship of the kitchen island is very good, and material looks high quality. The kitchen island I purchased arrived undamaged and looks great in my kitchen. Unfortunately, the lead times are very long. The seller promised 6-8 week lead time, but ultimately took 12 weeks for my shipment to arrive. When the shipment arrived the shipper just dropped it on the road outside of my apartment complex downtown, so I had to take it upstairs, break down the wooden crate, and remove all of the packing materials myself, which took several hours. Overall, I’m happy with the kitchen island but the whole process was a bit frustrating and considering the high price point, I don’t know that I would have gone through with the order knowing all that upfront.

This is a family business. An integral component to the business became terminally ill. This was communicated to you, with an updated timeline and seemingly disregarded. 'Lead time' is the time it takes to completion. Shipping is an additional 7-10 biz days. You received your island only 2 weeks behind schedule, despite the situation and Shipping was delayed because of the holiday. After the purchase is made, we send out a PDF for delivery expectations. You have the option for white glove delivery. This includes dismantling the crate, placement, and trash removal. Dismantling only takes 2-3 min (also in the PDF). "Several hours" is a stretch. We appreciate your business. Your concerns have been noted, and we will take proper measures to improve our customer experience.
