Love this bag! I got the XL tote in dark brown with an outside pocket, zipper, and brass hardware. The leather is high quality, a beautiful chocolate color with subtle character markings. Zipper feels high quality and opens/closes smoothly. I especially like how the inside bottom is lined with another piece of leather grain side up that gives it a bit more structure and strength. Both the inside and outside pockets are spacious for a phone/keys/small wallet etc. I added a ring to attach the tassel to the strap. The straps are also two pieces of leather sewn together and feel very strong. Overall very excellent quality! Seller also reached out to me to make sure the shipping I selected would meet my needs.
The xl bag is extremely beautiful and the leather is very soft. I am overly happy with the purchase! Now I can't decide which bag I want next. Thank you for the personalized monogram too.
I love this bag! Excellent quality and the perfect size. Customer service was fantastic, but fair warning it took a long time to arrive (as others have mentioned, and very much worth the wait). For reference: it took approximately 1 week to make and it shipped on April 5. It took some time to clear customs and arrived in NY on May 11, then was delivered to me in Utah on May 16.
