Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we accept. Fabric, colour, dimensions can be customized.

You have 7 days from the day you purchased an item to contact us if you decide you want to cancel your order. We will refund 100% to you. If you want to cancel it after 7 days, we will only be able to issue a refund of 70%.

All orders take some time because our products are hand made and we put all the efforts in making them as perfect as possible. The processing time depends on the number of orders we have and the time of year. For custom orders, processing time can be slightly increased. Once the order is ready, we immediately hand it over to courier and notify client with tracking information.

Most of our products have fixed shipping costs. However the shipping cost may vary depending on your country of residence and address. You will be shown the exact amount before finishing your purchase. Shipping fees are non- refundable. * UK customers are charged with taxes after Brexit. VAT of 20 percent is applied and included in shipping costs.

Product change or return

You have 3 days from the day of delivery to contact us if you decide you want to change/return your order. If you want to make a product change (colour, size, product model), you have to make a return within 14 days of delivery and make a new order with the item(s) you want. Please note: - Product damaged by customer will not be eligible for return. - Custom/personalized orders can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. - Refunds will only be processed when the item is received back to DesignLAB. - Once returned product is received, the refund will be made to the customer within 30 calendar days after we have inspected items for damage. - All costs incurred for shipping/returns are borne by customer.

Damaged or defective product

To get a product refund due to damaged goods bought from DesignLAB, we must be informed within 2 working days after the product delivery date by sending a product photo and clarification of the issue to sales@designlab.lt.

Damaged product during transportation

!!! Any damages to the shipment must be reported at the moment of delivery, otherwise nothing is refunded !!! This is a policy of courier service provider. IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED: - take photographs of the damages; - report any damages to the shipmpent at the moment of delivery by filling in a damage report with the courier. Otherwise, the courier company or the insurance company will reject any claim for damages. - save copy of damage report & proof of delivery. - immediately inform DesignLAB about this issue. Please note that DesignLAB is not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.

Delivery instructions

BEFORE COURIER LEAVES, it's customer's responsibility to: - inspect the appearance of package carefully (it should have no visual damages); - open the package to check the content (if it matches with one you have ordered and has no visual defects, damages, or missing items).

How our items are delivered & assembly required

For items, such as coffee tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas, these are delivered in one piece without any assembly needed. For our dining tables, these are delivered in 2 parts (the top and the flat-packed base). The assembly is very easy, after setting the worktop in a convenient place, the screws should be screwed into the holes. If you need step by step instructions, let us know!

Care instructions for tables

Wooden tables are not suitable to be placed in direct sunlight or too near radiators. Extremely dry environments such as air conditioning or underfloor heating, may cause the wood to crack and we cannot replace items on this basis. Rings from cups and mugs, as well as red wine spills are a common occurrence on the tables. We recommend using coasters and placemats for protection – making sure to wipe up any spills quickly to prevent staining. Day to day quick cleaning with a damp cloth will protect your furniture from any stains forming.

Unfortunately not quite like on photo when we ordered it, because on it the armrests were metal colored and now black, but otherwise very good contact with seller, we have been able to adjust the fabric to our wishes, chair design is as on photo, good craftsmanship.
