We ship from Braga, Portugal.

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Even with COVID-19 we make our best to maintain this procedure.

Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier and air mail delays that affect all countries, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.
Shipping is taking longer than normal, due to this world health crisis affecting access to air shipping, backups in Customs, slower postal service (higher volumes of mail, less staff, more time spent on health and safety procedures).
There was an abrupt reduction in air transport services, implying the discontinuity of airlines, so that only a few destinations will remain in operation, albeit with limitations.

We ship all orders with the Portuguese Postal Service (CTT) by CORREIO AZUL INTERNACIONAL (a priority mail service for up to 2kg correspondence) with Track & Trace information, or by PRIORITY REGISTERED AIR MAIL with acknowledgment of receipt (a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered by the postal services of your country).
For Portugal (mainland) and Spain (mainland), when purchasing products with a minimum value of 35EUR, shipping is by CTT EXPRESSO, with delivery in one or two business days.
On the day of shipment, we add photos to each Etsy purchase of the parcel that was shipped to you, as well as the tracking number so that you can follow the order's route.

On February 1, 2024, there was a 9.49% increase in shipping prices by CTT. Therefore, for 2024, shipping prices will be as follows (with track & trace information):
- Portugal: € 5.78 (up to 500g) - € 9.08 (>500g to 1kg) - € 11.28 (>1kg to 2kg)
- European Union: € 12.05 (up to 500g) - € 16.45 (>500g to 1kg) - € 24.15 (>1kg to 2kg)
- Europe non-EU: € 13.15 (up to 500g) - € 17.55 (>500g to 1kg) - € 25.25 (>1kg to 2kg)
- USA: € 14.25 (up to 500g) - € 24.15 (>500g to 1kg) - € 32.95 (>1kg to 2kg)
- Everywhere else: € 15.35 (up to 500g) - € 26.35 (>500g to 1kg) - € 35.15(>1kg to 2kg)
Each additional item is charged between € 0,55 and € 1,10 depending on the customer's location.

The maximum weight we accept to ship cannot exceed 2 kg, including packaging.
With only a few exceptions (heavy or very heavy items) we put our shipping prices in the values of up to 500g. And this weight has to include the packaging.

***VERY IMPORTANT***: If your order has MULTIPLE ITEMS and is about or could exceed 500g, 1kg or 2kg please request a custom order. In the description of each product you will find information about its weight.

We hope that you understand that we cannot make any contact with the postal services or customs belonging to another country, as this is up to the nationals of the countries of destination.
In case of loss or delay, we can only contact the Portuguese Postal Service (CTT).

The tracking number and package photo were added to your Etsy purchase the same day the order was delivered to the post office.
Start by contacting us to let us know and to check the shipping address provided when you placed your order. Please follow also these steps:
- Check with the post office;
- Check with family members, neighbors, concierge, and work colleagues (if the item was shipped to your workplace);
- Check your front porch and/or garden.
If your package is still missing and in order to qualify for a refund, you will need to FILE a MISSING MAIL REPORT with the shipping provider, as well as a POLICE REPORT. Proof of BOTH reports must be provided to us to qualify for the refund.
We will also be filling a Missing Mail Report.
