Normally when I sleep I get really hot, I had a cover the same thickness. The first time I slept with it I can confidently say this was the best purchase I have ever made. I don't get too hot or too cold, it's hard to explain but it's just perfect. I did think that the cover will be a bit thicker, it looks a bit thin. But that thin look is quite misleading. It really is cozy and warm. And there's no static. Highly recommend, only after a week of owning it.
