5 out of 5 starsAt first, the seller seems to be nice, offering you a coupon code for a future order, yet, the moment something is amiss, she turns around and blames it on you. The seller claims she does not owe me a return postage label, because I "did not like the listing" which is completely false. It was because the bracelet I received was different from what was pictured, and the title didn't even state "sample." Now as for her description "vary slightly" —> What exactly is "slightly"? The seller does not define this, and it is open-ended. Thus, there is no quantifying factor that allows the consumer to better understand for example, that the charms (and finish) would be completely different from what is in the listing. Additionally, these charms were not "Victorian." Thankfully, Etsy managed to step in and refund me in full for my order.
