I am happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I will send a replacement.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?
Our products are not "off the shelf" items, each order is CUSTOM made just for you upon your order. Processing Time is different than "shipping time". Processing Time is the time needed to process, create, and produce the actual item. Shipping Time is in ADDITION to processing times. Please plan accordingly when ordering time-sensitive gifts.

I always order from etsy and have such amazing experience but this has been the worst!! I ordered this mug for my travel agent and when she got it she didn't even open the box because she heard shattered glass inside. The mailman told her it was broken when ups shipped it and he will send it back to the sender. I explained what happened to the seller and she said she needs a picture. I explained this was a gift and I didn't hands on have it but its being shipped back to her and she will see herself that it's broken. She said sorry the best I can do is give you a discount to buy another. I am so disappointed

The buyer reached us just now after 3 months of ordering, we gave her the tracking link to prove that her package has already been delivered. it is clearly stated on our terms and conditions that we do not offer refund/replacement if the item is marked as delivered.
