Bell Care Instructions

Our bells are cast of solid brass, and should require minimal care to retain their beautiful patina for many years. We recommend using a damp, soft cloth to clean and buff, and then immediately drying with a separate dry cloth. Do NOT use cleaners with harsh solvents such as Windex, 409, etc. These chemicals can react with the brass surface. The use of chemical oxidizing agents can darken the surface along with any small scratches or imperfections. The acid on your fingers can also react, so please use only the pull rope when ringing the bell. While cold, heat, snow and rain do not effect bells, salt water/air can ruin the finish. There is a coating called Everbrite that can be used to inhibit salt water damage.

We will NEVER make a customer pay for an item they are not 100% satisfied with! If you receive the wrong items, or your item is misspelled please retain the product and box and call us at 919-285-0930. We will replace the product or issue a complete refund (including any shipping). We will also pick up the incorrect item at our cost, with our apologies. If an item is damaged in shipping, please message us or call us at 919-285-0930. Save the box and all packing materials until after FedEx has inspected the package. We will send a replacement immediately, or issue a refund if an item is a 'one of a kind.' Packages must be opened and inspected within 3 days of delivery as FedEx will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time.
