Not only does she have great designs her customer service was great. I had asked Vlada if she could send me a different color scheme for part of the design I had purchased and I recieved a response the next day.

This was my first cross stitch pattern and wow I loved it! I skipped out on the lines and used the flower pattern and it was super easy to adjust so the flowers hugged the lettering!
