No returns on bath towels, sleepwear, hammocks or face masks due to hygiene issues. Reptiles can be carriers of deadly viruses without showing signs of the virus. It is for this reason that items that can come in contact with the animals “intimate” areas are not returnable or exchanged. I would not want to be responsible for passing along any items to any of my customers that would put their precious pet in danger. Face masks are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene issues. I will not resell any mask once it has left this shop no exchanges or refunds allowed. Thank you for understanding. If you have any specific questions about my return policy please message me. If the item is damaged a replacement or refund will be issued.

If your plant should arrive damaged, we require that you notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS of the plant being delivered. Please provide photos of the damage to the plant as well as the box. We will assess the damage and if necessary send a replacement or issue a refund.

You will get one coconut caves averaging 3.5”to 5” with three holes (1.5" each) in this order. The hole has been cut after the shell was halved to give it more stability and structure. It will not warp over time. I drill each cave hole in the best spot for every half. Making sure to give the fish the best cave possible.This cave would pair nicely with the one hole cave with suction cup available in our shop. Giving the fish a surface cave as well as a cave at the bottom of the tank. These caves will last for many years inside an aquarium. Holes are drilled in the tops, perfect for securing aquarium plants such as java fern.

Cave will not float, they sink right away no priming, a quick rinse and then just add them to your aquarium.
The look of each cave will vary due to this being a natural product however we will always send the best from our selection.

These caves look awesome in any aquarium and the fish love them. Excellent for cichlid fry, betta's, cory fish, bristlenose pleco, shrimp or any other fish or invertebrates that love a cave.

All coconut hides sold in my shop start off whole. I drill, drain, cut, shuck, sand, wash and bake them myself. You will receive a quality finished product. If it doesn't meet my high standards, it doesn't get shipped.

You may want to soak them for a day to release any tannins however it is not necessary. The shells have been sterilized and are aquarium safe.
