PHONE CASES: Order Edits And Cancellations

►Order Edits & Cancellations: Wrong Item/Wrong Shipping Address◄ In an effort to send orders out as fast and efficiently as possible, phone cases enter production shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, orders cannot be edited or cancelled. Please carefully review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any errors. Double check that you have selected the correct size phone case to fit your phone and that all information, including shipping address, is correct. You are fully responsible for all order details submitted at checkout. By placing an order with Sundry Society you confirm that all information is correct and up to date. Sundry Society is not liable for orders with mistakes outside of our control.

PHONE CASES: Shipping And Tracking

►Shipping/Production: When will my order ship?◄ Phone cases are made to order. Because of this, phone cases typically take between 3-5 business days for production before shipment. While most orders will ship within this time frame, please allow up to 7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a tracking number. ►Tracking: Why isn’t my tracking updating?◄ Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to show movement. If your tracking was showing movement but it stopped, don’t panic. (: Some packages don’t show updates until delivery, so please allow the full time as noted below with no tracking updates before assuming your package has been lost in the mail: US: 10 business days Rest of World: 30 business days

PHONE CASES: Delivery

►Delivery: When will I receive my order?◄ For US orders, most phone cases are delivered within 5-10 business days.* Keep in mind that shipping times vary and can’t be guaranteed. Busy seasons/holidays may also extend production time or shipping time. While I want to get your phone case to you as quickly as possible, please remember that once your order is assigned a tracking number, the shipper is in possession of your package and I cannot control the speed at which it travels. For other countries please refer to the product detail page for delivery estimates. *COVID DELAYS: The pandemic has had lasting effects on shipping times, and unfortunately there may be delays: US: up to +5 business days International: up to +10 business days

PHONE CASES: Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues

►Returns/Exchanges◄ Because phone cases in my shop are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. That being said, if you have any issues with your order, please contact me and I will be more than happy to help! See “Order Issues” below for more info. ►Returns Without Agreement◄ Items that are shipped back without a prior return agreement are not accepted and a refund will not be granted. ►Order Issues◄ I stand by my products and am proud to work with an exceptional production partner. However, in the unlikely event that your phone case arrives damaged or defective, please send me a message on Etsy with photos of the issue. My customers are my #1 priority, and I will do everything in my power to make it right! (:

PHONE CASES: Returned to Sender

You are fully responsible for all order details submitted at checkout. By placing an order with Sundry Society you are confirming that all line items, personal information, and your shipping address are correct and up to date. The most common reason a package is returned to sender is because of an incomplete or undeliverable address. If your item is returned to sender because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible to cover the cost to reship the item(s) to the correct address as well as any postage due. Sundry Society is not liable for orders with mistakes outside of our control (if you input the wrong shipping address, order the wrong size, etc.)

PHONE CASES & ART PRINTS: Will the colors print exactly as shown in the listings?

►PHONE CASES◄ While phone cases are designed to be printed as close to the original artwork as possible, please be aware that there may be some differences due to different color monitors and variations between digital and print. The finish you select for your phone case also may affect the final colors. (Glossy=colors appear more vibrant, Matte=colors appear more muted) ►ART PRINTS◄ There are many variables when it comes to printing that make it impossible to tell exactly how artwork will look once printed (monitor color differences, printer type, printer settings, printer ink/toner levels, etc.). Because of this, I suggest doing a small test print before committing to a print shop (especially when you plan to print large pieces).

ART PRINTS: How do I access the files I purchased?

After your purchase you will immediately receive a link to download your print in 5 size ratios. ►Etsy account checkout◄ You can access your files from either of the following: 1. The receipt email you received after your order 2. The” Purchases and Reviews" section of your Etsy profile under the "You" drop down menu. **If you’re on the app and don’t see this option you’ll need to hop on a computer** ►Guest checkout◄ Your download will be in the receipt email you received after your order. If you have any difficulties downloading your files, message me and I will find an alternate method of sending them to you!

ART PRINTS: What print provider should I use?

Whether you choose an online print provider or an in person print provider is up to your personal preference! ►IN PERSON◄ Places such as Fedex/Kinkos, Costco, or a highly rated shop found on Yelp are a good place to start. ►ONLINE◄ The following are some online print providers that deliver straight to your door: 1. www.vistaprint.com 2. www.shutterfly.com 3. www.cvs.com/photo/prints 4. www.artifactuprising.com 5. www.snapbox.com 6. www.snapfish.com 7. https://photos3.walmart.com/about/posters ►Need a different file type?◄ If your print provider requires another file type, message me with your preferred format and I will send you the print in that format for free.

ART PRINTS: Printing help - selecting paper and printing the right size

►Paper Selection◄ While it depends on your preference, I typically suggest a thicker matte paper, as I believe it goes well with the style of art in my shop. ►Printing The Right Size◄ Each ratio file is saved to its largest size to preserve quality (The 4:5 ratio file is 24x30 inches, the 2:3 ratio file is 24x36 inches etc.). This means you can also print any smaller size within each size ratio without losing quality. Since the files are saved to the largest size, you need to scale them down to print a smaller size. Online print providers do this automatically for you. If printing from home or a print shop and need your print scaled down but aren't sure how to do it, let me know and I'd be happy to make a custom size file for you!
