Jewellery:
I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days, although some items are made to order which take 5-7 days to dispatch. I will message you directly when the item has been sent.
Items are packaged in gift boxes with a gift bag and protected by a padded postal bag or box.

Items which are selected for standard delivery are free of shipping costs and are sent within the UK are via Royal Mail recorded Delivery. This is a signed for and tracked service but the goods are not insured. I am not liable for any items that are lost or damaged via this service.
If you would like to use a service that gives you a tracked, signed for and insured service please select special delivery. This is a guaranteed next day service and the items are fully insured during transit.

For orders sent outside of the UK I use Royal Mail International tracked and signed for service which also insures the item. Royal mail aims to deliver to Europe in 5-7 days and the US and rest of the world in 7-10 days, although please allow longer during busier holiday times.

Where necessary I will include custom forms on the parcel to ensure smooth transition through custom ports, but I cannot be responsible for delays at customs in the arrival country.

The shipping prices I set are below the full cost that I am charged, as I aim to absorb some of the costs myself to make each purchase more reasonable for my customers.


Silversmithing class vouchers

The voucher is valid only for the date of the lesson stipulated in the listing.

The intention of the one day workshop is for students to complete and take home a finished piece of Jewellery. As with all crafts each person works at a different speed. I do my best to ensure that each piece is finished, but on some occasions we may need complete final touches e.g a polish. Should such a situation arise I either post the finished item onto the student or arrange a time for the item to be collected, a day and time agreed by both parties.

No refunds are given on purchases of vouchers unless at least 14 days notice before the course date has been given.

All Jewellery has a full British hallmark, except for some of the earrings as they are below the required weight for assay.
