When will my piece be finished and shipped?

When will my piece be finished and shipped? Our production time varies depending on the time of year you purchase. Some items take a bit longer to be custom cut (e.g., countries and states). The busiest times of the year are Nov and Dec. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Nurses Week are also very busy. Please always check the item's processing time to see what our current production time is before you buy. If you need your item before this time, we do have rush shipping and rush order processing available for an extra fee. Please contact us if you need your item by a certain date if you are unsure when you will receive it.

Will my letters be completely straight/even? Can you stamp on the back of my piece?

Your letters will not be completely straight or even or the same depth as the others. This is not considered a defect in your piece and should not be expected. We try as hard as we can to get everything as straight and even as possible. Most of our items we can't stamp on the back. If an item is able to be stamped on the back, the listing description will state so.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

STERLING SILVER All sterling silver jewelry tarnishes. For minimal tarnishing, keep your jewelry in an air tight container. A ziploc bag works wonders at keeping the air out. If you keep your silver in an airtight bag, you should only have to clean it once or twice a year. COPPER All copper jewelry tarnishes and at a much faster rate than sterling. Copper tarnishes very, very quickly. You will need to store it in an airtight bag when not using it, do not get it wet and keep up with cleaning it if you want it to look brand new. ALUMINUM Our aluminum is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish. Please do not get your aluminum jewelry wet for an extended period of time. Aluminum is lightweight and will not turn your skin any colors.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Optional gift box is available in the a la carte section of our store. We try our very best to cut back on our carbon footprint and find that most jewelry boxes just end up in the trash after they are received. If you do not purchase a gift box, your item is placed on a jewelry card and put into a poly bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a padded envelope.

Do you ship internationally? Do I need to pay customs duties/taxes/handling fees on international orders?

We ship worldwide and the 50 United States. We generally ship every day to the UK, Australia and Canada. The buyer pays all customs duties and/or taxes on international orders. UK buyers please take note that even for low value items your country may assess a duty, handling fee and/or tax before your item is released to you. The UK does not allow us to pay that for you ahead of time. Please note most countries take a minimum of 3 weeks to arrive and some countries much longer via first class mail international. There are faster shipping methods available at checkout as well.

Personalized stethoscope ID tag charm makes a great nurse/doctor graduation gift, pinning ceremony gift or a fun accessory for your stethoscope!

Tag measures 1/2" wide.

Choose aluminum, brass, or copper. Aluminum is the silver color, brass is the gold color and copper is the rose gold color.

To attach this to your stethoscope, simply slip over the earpiece if you want it in the upper tubing section and slide it down to the desired section or to put on the bottom portion, you can remove the bell and slide on. Once your tag is on, you can squeeze it closed.

Instructions: Choose metal from the drop down box and leave your personalization instructions including optional picture stamp choice in the personalization box. 15 character max for the text including spaces. Picture stamps can be seen in pictures 5 and 6 and fonts can be seen in picture 7. If you have additional things to say that won't fit in the personalization instructions, please leave them in the note box at checkout. If you do not choose a picture stamp, we will only stamp your text.

Picture Stamps - Please note if you pick a larger picture stamp, it may have to fit on the side of the charm and not underneath the name. We have over 600 picture stamps. If you want flowers, trees, mountains or other pictures you don't see in the picture choices, send us a message to see if we have it!

Fonts - Sample picture Sophia is typewriter font. Tiny upper and lower are VERY tiny. We do not recommend this font on this item. Devious is only available in uppercase letters.

Hand stamping involves striking a steel stamp with a letter on the end with a hammer into metal. Each letter may not line up perfectly straight or even or be the same depth as the other letters. Any uneven letters are not a defect in your piece.
