My Lady ordered these beautiful pins and the first order didn’t arrive to her. She reached out to the seller and the seller was quick to respond and they first tried to resolve it by seeing if it was at our postal office, when it wasn’t, the seller immediately sent out another package to her. I received the two pins that I requested (master ball and ultra ball) promptly and within the expected time frame. The pins are thick and well-made, just as I expected! They were wrapped with adorable wrapping paper and included a small hand-written card. I can tell that a lot of thought and effort went not only into the creation of the pins, but also the final product that I received and opened. My only point of constructive criticism is that my ultra ball appeared to be slightly scratched so that some of the color isn't AS saturated on one tiny piece of the bottom half. This easily could've happened in transport, though. It really isn't that noticeable and does not detract from my love of the pin, but I thought it was worth mentioning! Thank you again :D
