Most items ship out within 1-3 business days. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.

For oxidized or hand made items please allow extra time.

If you have time sensitive needs it is best to purchase priority or express shipping as those orders go out first daily.
All expedited orders must be purchased before 12 pm to go out the same day.

We want you to be satisfied with your order and do our best to work out any issues you may have.

For any items you would like to return for refund or exchanges please contact us and return items within 7 business days after receipt.
We will issue a refund minus shipping and handling. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
For exchanges we will refund you for the items' cost towards any new purchase plus shipping and handling.

Refunds not allowed on custom items, chains, and wires.
Full strands of gems that have been cut cannot be returned.
Half strands that have been pulled apart will also not be returnable.

We have all inventory on hand except when our vendors or manufacturers have production delays or shipping issues. These are unfortunately beyond our control and we try to let you know about this as soon as we know after you place your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.

To best ensure a smooth ordering process, if any item(s) are critical to your order, it is best to convo us about inventory availability before you order. We answer most convos within the hour during business hours and within the next business day after hours or weekends/holidays. We can then verify inventory levels and pull the items for your order.

We fulfill orders and answer convos from 8-3:30 PST from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends but often do check convos.
