The bracelets come in an organza bag with a detailed Gemstone meaning, cleansing and care card. The bracelets will be cleansed and charged before posting them using Selenite.

There might be a slight difference in the colours of the beads from the picture shown, depending on the batch. The beads are made of natural stones so there might be small imperfections.

Please check your size carefully. I am using a professional sizer and will make the bracelet as close as possible to your requested size, according to the size of the beads.

Measuring your wrist:
Using a measuring tape, measure tightly just above the wrist bone. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a thin strip of paper. It is important to use a thin, flat paper strip. If you use a thick string, you will end up with a measurement ½” – 1” longer than your actual wrist size. Wrap the strip around your wrist and mark with a pen or marker where it starts to overlap. Lay the strip flat and measure its length up to the marker with a ruler. Please add 1/8 inches (3mm) to your wrist circumference for a snug fit, ¼ inches (6mm) for a comfortable fit, and ½ inches (12mm) for a looser fit.

Average Women's Wrist Sizes:

Extra Small: 5in to 5.5in/ 12cm to 14cm
Small Average Women's Wrist Sizes: 5.5in to 6.5 in/ 14cm to 17cm
Medium to Large Average Women's Wrist Sizes: 6.5in to 7.5in/ 17cm to 19cm

Bracelet Size Guideline:
The bracelet sizes provided below are based on the respective average women and men wrists and should be used as a guideline only. To ensure the bracelet fits the wrist comfortably, measure the wrist and select the bracelet size that is within the actual wrist measurement range provided below.
For example, if the wrist measurement of a woman is 15cm (5.9"), which is between a wrist measurement of 14.5cm (5.7") and 15.4cm (6.1"), therefore, the required bracelet size for that wrist measurement is Women XS. If your measurement falls into both sizes, choose the smaller size if you want a tight fit and choose the bigger size for a looser fit. Contact me if you need any assistant on choosing the correct bracelet size.
Making the correct size of the bracelet will be achieved by adding or removing beads or spacer beads keeping the original style.

Women XXS - fits actual wrist between 13.5cm (5.3") and 14.4cm (5.7")
Women XS - fits actual wrist between 14.5cm (5.7") and 15.4cm (6.1")
Women S - fits actual wrist between 15.5cm (6.1") and 16.4cm (6.5")
Women M - fits actual wrist between 16.5cm (6.5") and 17.4cm (6.9")
Women L - fits actual wrist between 17.5cm (6.9") and 18.4cm (7.2")
Women XL - fits actual wrist between 18.5cm (7.3") and 19.4cm (7.6")

Problems with size: I will happily remake your bracelet if you chose the wrong size. Please contact Sylv’sGems for the link to purchase the extension and return postage costs.
Returns: I will happily accept returns for a full refund (minus my shipping cost) within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Just contact me via Etsy message so I know to watch for your returned package!

Safety: The bracelets are designed for adults. Please be aware the stones are choking hazards and should be kept away from children and pets.

Refunds: If you would like a refund, please message me on Etsy with the details. Returns can be done within 14 days of the purchase date. The returned item must be in their original condition, not used. Postage cost must be covered by the buyer and a refund minus my original shipping costs will be issued. It generally takes 1-5 business days to process.
