Shipping and Packaging

All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye. All items big or small, are wrapped with lots of tender loving care to ensure its safe arrival to their new home. To make their journey even more comfortable we also pop them protective bubble mailers.

How fast do you ship orders?

We ship items daily Mon - Saturday, excluding Sundays. Items are shipped in the order received, and due to high volume may take 2-4 days to process, excluding weekends. If you need the order rushed please upgrade shipping at checkout as we ship those first. Priority and Express orders must be received within 5 days.

How are the shipping charges done . . per item or shipment? If I order 1 piece , 3 pcs, or some other number?

Thank you for reaching out regarding our shipping policy! We use a combined shipping method, which means the more you buy, the more you save on shipping costs. Instead of charging separately for each item, we calculate shipping based on the total shipment. For example: If you order 1 item, you'll pay the shipping fee for one item. If you order 3 pcs , the shipping fee will only slightly increase compared to shipping one item, saving you money overall. This makes ordering multiple items more cost-effective!
