All products are made to order based on your specifications and therefore cannot be returned. Read the product item description before placing the order. We are not responsible for misunderstanding on product descriptions. Please provide accurate measurements and double check them before placing your order. Custom orders cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled once purchased due to the custom made-to-order process involved. Please thoroughly review the order details carefully before making your purchase and notify us immediately if there are any errors. If you have a uniquely shaped chair or table, we require an accurate tracing so that we can create a perfect fit. Please order swatches if you are unsure of a color.

We are not responsible for improper care of fabric that results in shrinking or stains. Please wash per the label instructions.

Also note that per the fabric manufacturer, outdoor fabrics will withstand direct sunlight for up to 1000 hours. To extend the life of your outdoor covers, remove and store in s dry place when not in use.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. We ship USPS first class mail or parcel ground. We cannot control delays in shipping. If you require an item to be delivered within a specific time-frame, we suggest upgrading to priority mail.

We are not responsible for damage to goods due to lack of care when opening packages. Please take extra care in opening your items, do not use sharp objects.

Please note we do not manufacture the fabric, but we do source top quality fabric for our items. We work hard to ensure your items do not contain any fabric flaws. If you find a flaw, please notify us immediately.

Also note that fabric colors may appear different on a screen than they do in person. We strongly suggest ordering swatches so that you can see the fabric in your home.

Since each item is handmade per your specifications, please carefully inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.

Contact me within 72 hours date of delivery if there are any issues with your order. No exceptions will be made.

Ship items back within 15 business days of delivery if there are any problems or concerns with your custom-made products.

Each item is custom cut and made based on the order specifications. If the item does not fit because we were provided the wrong information, we will not accept exchanges or refunds due to the custom order process that we go through to create each item. Please double check measurements and provide a photo of your chair or table when ordering.
