We make our syrup on the Western slopes of the Green Mountains in Northern Vermont and we believe with our soils and climate we produce the best tasting maple syrup available.
Our maple syrup is handcrafted by us in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available. We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees are over 100 years old and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100!
