Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations due to the personalized nature of the items. No refunds/returns on personalized items unless a mistake is make on our behalf. Make sure the address you have in Etsy is up to date. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped via USPS.

Processing Time and Shipping Methods

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. We usually ship out the next day after an order is purchased. Orders usually arrive to you within 5-10 days. We are closed on holidays and weekends. We ship most items by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation (sometimes Priority depending on weight). If you need an item by a certain date, we offer upgraded faster shipping to meet your needs. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for the USPS once the item is shipped. Please be aware of unavoidable circumstances that may delay your package (inclement weather, natural disasters, postal mistakes, etc.).

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final! No refunds will be given, only exchanges will be given on non-personalized items. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase contact me so we can agree on what we can do. This will be done on a case by case scenario as long as it's within 3 business days of receipt of purchase and an error was made on my behalf. We cannot refund because of incorrect sizing, incorrect instructions given to us at checkout or because you don't like the color or font on personalized items. We will gladly exchange sizes on non-personalized items but we do not give refunds. You are responsible for return shipping back to us for the original item and you will need to purchase shipping for the exchange to be shipped back to you.
