Custom and personalized orders

Because of the nature of these items I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ask all questions before ordering. ALL apparel listings should include a size chart, please reference it to choose your size. If there is no size chart please contact me BEFORE ordering. No returns or exchanges will be given for incorrect sizing.

All apparel decorated with heat transfer materials and rhinestones should be turned inside out, washed in cold and hung dry. Sublimated apparel may be washed per care label on garment. All items decorated with adhesive vinyl should be hand washed. Sublimated items can be placed in the dishwasher however, high temp settings cannot be used as it can reactivate the ink and cause running/fading. I suggest washing by hand for best results.

Returns and Exchanges

I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with an item you receive please contact me within 2 business days. If I agree to a return item must be shipped back to me within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee and item must be returned in its original, new, unused condition.
