NON-PROFIT MAKING INDIVIDUAL & PERSONAL USE: You are free to use our digital graphics for any personal use as long as they are not sold. If you wish to sell/use our digital papers commercially then please read the following details. COMMERCIAL USE: Using our graphics for commercial use e.g.: selling on A – COMMERCIAL CREDIT REQUIRED When purchasing a graphic item from Paper Hut Designs you must advertise an acknowledgement of our shop such as: Graphics/Artwork by Paper Hut Designs with a clickable link back to our store https://www.etsy.com/shop/PaperHutDesigns B- COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED: If you DO NOT wish to/or are unable to put our name or link anywhere then you will be required to purchase a license from us.

What quantity does a 'NO CREDIT' license cover?

The NO CREDIT license is NOT a mass production license. This license allows for up to a maximum of 1000 items for each individual graphic set. For quantities above 1000 please purchase an EXTENDED LICENSE which has an unlimited production quantity! The No Credit Licenses will allow you to use ONE Graphic Set with NO Credit Required. For any additional graphic sets, please purchase additional Licenses. Please enter the quantity needed for each set you wish to use commercially. Upon checkout, please enter the product/s name that you are licensing for, into the customer comments section. Please keep transaction emails and your PAYPAL receipt in your records for Proof of License. You WILL NOT receive a document.

What can the graphics be used for?

YOU MAY:- Graphics may be used for all your personal DIY creative projects such as scrapbooking/ gift wrapping/ invitations/greeting cards/ party decoration/stickers/labels/tags etc. Graphics may be used for Commercial and small business use (see conditions of use under each category). CUTTING FILE DESIGNERS You may use our cliparts to create LAYERED cutting files only that requires assembly after cutting. Clipart cannot be simply converted to SVG or other cutting formats and sold as cutting files. DO NOT include our original clipart in your packs. EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS: You can use any clipart for personal use or for commercial use but it must be as part of your own design, must be altered sufficiently and is a digital embroidery file.

What PaperHutDesigns digital graphics may not be used for?

YOU MAY NOT:- X To be used for PRINT ON DEMAND IS NOT ALLOWED. X Graphics may not be claimed as your own work and sold as is. All copyrights remain with Paper Hut Designs. X Designs MAY NOT be used for MASS PRODUCTION unless purchasing an extended licence X Graphics may not be sub-licensed, resold, shared or otherwise redistributed X You may not use our graphics to create products such as scrapbooking kits, clipart or paper packs and sell on a competitor website or a digital download shop, which is a direct competitor of Paper Hut Designs. X Graphics may not be used in an offensive or unlawful manner. X Graphics may not be used as a trademark, service mark, or any registered logo.

Do PaperHutDesigns give refunds?

Unfortunately due to the digital nature of our products, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically. However please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will be more than happy to help.

What notice is there for discounts?

Paper Hut Designs reserves the right to modify discounts at any time without giving prior notice.

What are allowed personal and commercial uses?

DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our graphics for personal or commercial use to create digital printable files. Graphics must be personalized, (which means you must add enough of your own design elements to create your own design) for your customer and sold as flattened JPEG or PDF file. You cannot sell our graphics as blank templates that can be personalized or customized by your customer. PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our products personally or commercially to create printed stationery, handmade or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, all types of printed party or stationery elements. You must not exceed 1000 items/products. For more than 1000 items/products you must purchase an extended license.

WEB & LOGO DESIGNERS: Our clipart can be used for personal or commercial use to create Logo and web designs. For logos our graphics may be used as part of the design however you may not sell our graphics as is, as a Logo by itself. It must be altered sufficiently. For Website/Blog templates, banners, headers, store fronts etc please make sure the files cannot be extracted and are flattened at 72 dpi. DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS: You can use all of our graphics for your personal projects but MAY NOT BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL USE and MAY NOT be sold even if altered. TEACHERS, EDUCATORS: You can use our products personally or commercially. You must credit PaperHutDesigns with a clickable link inside your PDF file and on your blog or wherever displayed.

By using clipart from PaperHutDesigns the customer acknowledge and accept that PaperHutDesigns and it’s artists are indemnified from any lawsuits that might arise from any business activities, which in any way or form relate to products carrying the artwork sold by PaperHutDesigns and it’s owner.
