Lost postal packages/postal insurance

I ship all packages using USPS Ground Advantage unless Priority Shipping is purchased at checkout. Ground Advantage includes $100 in insurance, which covers packages that are lost or arrive damaged. Etsy also offers Purchase Protection for buyers. If it has been at least 12 days past the latest estimated delivery date and your USPStracking has not updated, please follow these steps: 1. Start a “Help with Order” conversation to let me know your package hasn’t arrived. 2. After 48 hours, open a case with Etsy to report the missing package. 3. Etsy will review the case and provide a full reimbursement if applicable. If you have any questions or need assistance with the process, please don’t hesitate to send me a message. I’m here to help!

Shipping and shipping time

My turnaround time varies throughout the year based on current order volume. I strive to be transparent, each item’s description includes both an estimated ship-by date and an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only, and delays within the postal system are unfortunately outside of my control. If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to let you know if I can accommodate your request. What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping, also known as metal stamping, is a traditional technique in which a steel stamp with a raised letter, number, or symbol is struck with a hammer to create an indented impression on metal. Because this process is done entirely by hand, each piece carries its own unique character. Slight variations in letter spacing, alignment, and depth are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted work.

At this time, I’m unable to offer cancellations. Since all items in my shop are made to order, and orders may begin processing the same day they are placed, cancellations aren’t always possible, especially once materials have been prepared or production has started. Length:
This bracelet is adjustable from 6 inches to 10 inches. It will fit most adults. If you need it a tad smaller or bigger let me know in the personalization box.

PERSONALIZATION:
This bracelet can be personalized however only so much can fit. 2 lines of text will fit with the heart included. 6 letters first line and 7 letters second line. A “space” is considered 1 letters!! Without the heart included a third line can fit with around 5 letters. Some ideas- Endo strong, Endo love, Endo sister, you are strong, strong woman, keep going and more!!

Cleaning:
Never wear this bracelet or anklet in the shower, bath or pool. Never wear while sleeping. Clean with a dry jewelry cleaning cloth, gently and lightly. If worn daily, clean weekly. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always keep dry.
