As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an order (up to 14 days after purchase). Please advise in writing via email or Etsy Conversation, ideally before the order ships.

If the order has shipped & you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item to arrange a return.

All items should be returned in an unused condition & posted in original packaging (or similar) within 30 days of receipt, at buyers own risk. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Proof of posting or 'tracked' postage is recommended.

Overseas customers please mark as 'Return' for Customs purposes.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, or is faulty in any way, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, to discuss return or replacement (as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Additionally, if an item is proven to be faulty you may still be entitled to a refund up to 6 months after purchase.

Items will be checked on receipt and refunded within 14 days.

Standard outward shipping will be included in the refund. Return shipping will not be included, unless the item is faulty.

The following are not usually accepted for return:
Custom orders - unless faulty.
Earrings - for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

UK ORDERS are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class & take approximately 2-4 business days from time of despatch. 1st class upgrade available

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are sent Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail). Please allow 2-4 weeks minimum after despatch. It may take longer, as parcels can get delayed in Customs. THIS IS NOT A TRACKED SERVICE - an upgrade can be purchased at the checkout.

Your purchase will be received attractively presented, wrapped in tissue and in an organza gift bag (or gift box if you have purchased one).

I also offer a gift wrap and gift message service, which can be added at the checkout.

Your order will be shipped in a reusable / recyclable cardboard postage box, with other protective packaging as required (usually recycled bubble wrap).

Sizes and measurements are detailed in the item description, to help ensure that the item you are purchasing is suitable.

Please note all sizes are approximate and may occasionally differ by a very small amount e.g. a few millimetres. If you have any queries, please contact me prior to purchase.

Some items are made from plated or coloured wire. Over time, tarnishing can occur or coatings may start to wear off.

Some beads have special finishes which can also be damaged.

To prolong the life of your jewellery, the following care instructions are recommended:

- Keep your jewellery away from water, damp, direct sunlight, perfume, aftershave, aerosols, creams, sun lotions, etc.
- Please try not to sleep, swim or shower whilst wearing your jewellery!
- Clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth when required. Do not use cleaning 'dips' unless the item is 100% sterling silver.

Please note items of higher value will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed services. This will be reflected in the postage cost quoted.
