This is my first bad experience with an Etsy seller. I messaged the seller multiple times due to my package being a month late. I received the bags finally, one of them had seem damage. The only reason why I gave two starts is because one of the bags was great. I can safely say I won’t be ordering from here again. A simple reply could have kept your customer at ease. Thank you for your products anyway.

Quality was excellent and shipped on time.

Ordered 2 bags from this seller and neither one arrived. Can’t speak to the quality since items never arrived. Seller was unresponsive until receiving a negative review and claimed items were shipped, but clearly were not. I’ve made a number of purchases through Etsy and never once had an experience as awful as with this seller. I previously left a review, but I am constantly getting notifications to leave another review because two items were purchased. Perhaps there is a bigger reason for the poor service, but communication is key. My order was refunded after having to go through the Etsy claims process, which is lengthy. The takeaway- order with caution or look elsewhere.
