Most inefficient and time consuming stickers I have bought so far.

Hi Tabitha what was the problem with the graphics in this kit? These are not stickers they are graphics that you can print out to use on regular scrapbook pages or use in a digital scrapbook layout. I have made these graphics and saved as a png file so they have transparent backgrounds I want to make sure all of my buyers have a great buying experience, so I really want to find out what your problem was with the kit. I look forward to hearing back from you.

My issue is the black background, really limits use. So disappointed!

Hi Janette, as stated in my previous messages to you there shouldn't be any background on these images as they are .PNG files and have a transparent background. I haven't had any buyers having this problem before. You should be using a program such as Winzip to unzip the file you downloaded and then use a program such as Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop etc. Please let me know what program you are using to open and print the files. It may be the program you are using doesn't support PNG files.
