Every piece of Magdalene D artwear is created specifically for you after we receive your order and payment. Correct measurements are very important. Please, have a look at Magdalene D size guide, which is provided as the final photograph of each product. If your measurements fall within the standard Small-Medium-Large range (±3cm in each dimension), simply select a Small, Medium or Large size.
If you prefer to custom order, message your measurements and height to me and I will create a piece of Magdalene D Art Wear specially tailored to suit you. Please note that custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

✦ HOW TO TAKE MY BODY MEASUREMENTS ?

BUST
Measure the fullest part of your bust using a fabric tape measure. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.

WAIST
While measuring your waist, keep the fabric tape measure parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath, pull your stomach in, or draw the tape measure too tight. Hold your body upright in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement.

HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor for an accurate measurement.

✦ HOW FAST CAN I GET MY ORDER ?

MagdaleneD ships worldwide. All orders are shipped with a tracking-number. An email will be sent to you as soon as your item is dispatched. 

All orders are shipped with Hellenic Post Courier. Delivery time to European addresses is 3-6 business days. Delivery to other international addresses is 5-9 business days. You may select Express Shipping for a cost of 25 Euros. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING.
All MagdaleneD items are made to order. Please allow 3-6 business days for the creation of your item. The production time is in addition to the estimated shipping time.

We will ship your order to the address you specify on your Etsy order. Please ensure your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please provide you TELEPHONE number for EXPRESS shipments only. Import taxes may be charged on items shipped internationally. Please note that import taxes are not included in the Magdalene D item price or shipping cost. You may be charged import duties upon the arrival of your purchase at customs.

If you chose to exchange your Magdalene D product for a different variation, size version or for a different fashion item, you will be charged or refunded the price difference between the return product and your new selection. Please note that you will bear the return shipping cost. Please request a return of your Magdalene D product within 3 days of the delivery date. You will be contacted by email regarding cost differences and shipping charges.

Your request for an exchange or return will be processed for unaltered, unworn, unwashed fashion items returned with packaging, accompanying documents, and all MagdaleneD garment tags still attached.
