Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction with the jewelry is our main priority. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days after you received the item. Send us a CONVO or e-mail and we will try and resolve the problem. You can return the item(s) in unused condition in 60 days. After 60 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, undamaged, returned to us just as you received it. You will be reimbursed for the value of the item(s) less the shipping cost, as soon as we receive the returned item from you. - The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. We can only accept Registered Mailing with Tracking Number.

If you want to cancel a payment before your item has been sent to you please send a message ASAP! If item has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, we can only refund you after the item has been returned. The refund will NOT include shipping cost, and only applies to cost of the purchased item.

Your new healing crystal jewelry will be packaged in a cellophane pouch and shipped to you in a bubble mailer. Crystal descriptions and care instructions are included in every package. If you purchased more than one item, we will include them in the same package to eliminate trash and to save on shipping costs. If you need the items to be packed separately, please let us know as soon as possible. We strive to provide the best customer service to all of our clients. Please always let us know, if you have any additional questions. We will do our best to reply to your message within 24 hours. We also prefer communicating via Etsy.

We are shipping worldwide. Your items will usually ship within 2-3 business days after your payment. Custom orders takes min. 4-6 business days. All orders are always sent via registered mail and you'll receive your tracking number after we ship the item - you will receive an Etsy shipping notification. Please have a look at the spam folder of your mailbox, the Etsy shipping confirmation might have landed there. Tracking information will also be available in your order summary. Delivery usually takes (in addition to processing time) approximately 3-6 business days to European countries, 10-15 business days to America a and 15-26 business days to Asia & Australia, , with Standard Shipping. IMPORTANT: Business days are: Monday – Friday!

We automatically provide your tracking number after we ship the item - you will receive an Etsy shipping notification. Once the package leaves our country it can no longer be tracked via our post website, you will have to type in the tracking number on the website of your national post service (USPS, Royal Mail etc.) Lyvis Gems Shop will not be responsible for any delayed or lost packages due to international postal service companies.

The items will be shipped to the address provided by you during checkout. Please make sure that you provide complete and correct delivery address at the checkout. Please check double your address on file with Etsy is current. Lyvis Gems will not be responsible for any outdated or incorrect shipping information provided.

The usual size scale of our women bracelets is from 5.9 inches(15 cm) to 7.1 inches(18 cm), and the men’s is from 6.7 inches (17 cm) to 8.7 inches (22 cm). Children’s bracelets sizing is from 4.3 inches (11 cm) to 5.9 inches (15 cm). If you need a different size please specify at the time of ordering. In case you are not sure on the correct size, please send me a CONVO or e-mail to discuss the best way to fix the problem. Once you receive the bracelet and need a size adjustment, you’ll have to return the bracelet and pay a charge of $ 12.00 (for the elastic/stretch bracelets) that includes the shipping cost.

How To Measure Your Wrist

To get the correct size of the bracelet measure your wrist at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and the wrist bone, or where you would wear the bracelet. You DO NOT need to ADD ANYTHING to get your bracelet's size. We will make the bracelet whit a bit of extra space for comfortable fit. To measure your wrist you can use a flexible measuring tape, or a string and a ruler. Just wrap the tape/string around your wrist, as described above and then measure it against the ruler. The tape/string should be snug but not tight. Cut the string and lay it flat on the ruler. If you give us that exact measurement, we will make sure to custom fit it to your wrist and allow enough length for bead and wiggle room.

Jewelry can be tarnish over time due to normal wear and tear so please take proper care of them. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, exercising or swimming. Do not attempt to use jewelry cleaning substances or other chemicals (lotions, hair spray, perfume, etc.) to preserve the life of your jewelry. Be mindful with your jewelry - any physical activity, overstretching the cord, swimming or bathing, regular jogging, jumping with your jewelry on might lead to the knot or cord breakage. Overstretching your bracelets might also lead to their breakage. Store each of your jewelry, individually, in dry, secure place to prevent scratching, tangling and tarnishing.

Measuring Your Wrist for an Accurate Bracelet Size

To find your wrist size, follow the next steps:

STEP 1: Measure your wrist exactly with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would wear the bracelet.

STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.

STEP 3: Choose the measured size from the drop down size list! . If you have that exact measurement, we will make sure to custom fit it to your wrist and allow enough length for bead and wiggle room.

PLEASE USE THE EXACT SIZE OF YOUR WRIST - DO NOT ADD ANYTHING !
