PACKAGING
Ornament gift boxes are available, if desired. If you select the gift box option, the ribbon and vinyl color will be red.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for all ornaments is 1-2 weeks. If your order is placed early in the Holiday season, you will most likely receive your ornaments sooner than 2 weeks. The closer we get to the Christmas, all orders will take the full 2 weeks to process. Please plan accordingly. If you need your ornaments completed sooner than 1-2 weeks or you don't want to take any chances on your order not getting to you on time, you have the option to have your order rushed and upgrade your shipping. WHEN PLACING ORDER
- Select your preferences from the drop down menu.
- Add the name of the player or team in the “Personalize” section.
- If you’re ordering multiples, please add to cart one at time. That way, you’ll be allowed to add the name to each individual ornament.

AT CHECKOUT
Select your shipping preference. Please keep in mind, the shipping time doesn’t include processing time. The Holiday season is the busiest time of year for all parcel services. When ordering, expect some delays and plan accordingly.
