Each listing on WildSVGs includes a Basic Commercial License (CL), under 50 units. That means you may use a design on a "for sale" item up to 50 times before an upgraded Commercial License is necessary. *All bundled listings with multiple designs requires an upgraded CL for EACH design within it, over 50 units. I do not provide technical support for your machine. You must know how to use .SVG, .DXF and .PNG files or know how to find the answer on your own. Using SVG Files with Cricut Machines

You must have access to Design Space which means you must have a Cricut Explore/Cricut Explore Air or a newer model. Use the following link for explanation in uploading files into your design space account. https://help.cricut.com/help/uploading-images-design-space

Using SVG Files on Your Silhouette

SVG files will not open on the standard Silhouette machine software. You must have Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to open SVG files. All SVG file downloads also include a PNG file for use on standard Silhouette machine software, unless none is specified in the listing description. To open a PNG file in your Silhouette software try following these instructions from Silhouette; https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/printer-friendly/faq/using-external-images

Digital downloads are for YOUR use only. These files may be used for personal and small business use and you may NOT alter, share, distribute an any way, or sell them. Use for large batch commercial productions requires a commercial license. Read COMMERCIAL LICENSE FAQ above. Digital downloads are available to download after purchase, once payment is received by Etsy.

Where do I download my files?

Once your purchase has completed processing your download link will appear under My Account >> Purchases & Reviews. If you do not see a link, your payment may not have processed yet. Sometimes Etsy experiences slow processing speeds; in this case it may take up to 30 minutes to see the download link. If you still cannot find the link please reach out to me and I will be happy to email the file(s) purchased to you. Please understand however, that I do not live at my computer and emailed files may take up to 24-48 hours to be delivered.

I always accept custom orders!. Message me with the details of your customization and I'll provide you with a quote. Or if the design is something I feel I can resell in the shop I will design it at no charge to you. If all is agreed upon I'll create a special listing in my shop, under the Custom Listings Category, just for you which you will use to complete the purchase of your product.

Refunds / Exchanges & Customer Satisfaction

Refunds are considered on a per case basis. As a general rule, I do not refund digital downloads. Please do not place an order if you're uncomfortable with this policy. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you're unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me as soon as possible so I can take steps to improve your experience.
